I'm really interested on buying a house in Santa Marta, in or close to Taganga, could you give me the prices and all the information to have an idea and all the legal process that i have to follow. I live in Greece and i have european passeport, please give all the information concerning to the process of buying.

I'm looking for a house to rent in Rodadero or very close to Rodadero (not Sta. Marta).
I will be visiting with a friend on or about 6 June.
Please send prices and details with photo if possible.
