Hi everyoneI am scottish and I have been married to a girl from Medellin for 30 years.She does not cook but I love your food and I love to cook. I know a few recipies but I would like to have some original ones more. Please can you help Trackbacks

HI. A friend sent me a recipe, but it is in Spanish. I hope you could understand this, and I guess its time that you st8udy Spanish as well, haha. Goodluck on your cooking!8 pescados de río medianos 8 lulos chocoanos, pelados y cortados en rodajas 4 cucharadas de aceite ( mantequilla) 4 cucharadas de jugo de limón Sal y pimienta al gusto Se limpian muy bien los pescados y se frotan con aceite (o mantequilla), limón, sal y pimienta. Se abren por el vientre y de rellenan con las tajadas de lulos chocoanos (variedad de lulo grande como una naranja, poco jugoso y de sabor más suave que el lulo corriente); se asan a la brasa por ambos lados y se sirven acompañados con arroz, plátano y yuca sancochados
