I am considering the posibility to explore living in Cartagena or Barranquilla, I will rent furniched one or two bethroom aprtment in a good safe

prestiges bilding close to kindergarten school, I will prefere a pan house or apartment in ten or higer floor.

That web site is titled "Caldwell Banker... South Carolina"... why on earth would you think that is relevant to real estate in Colombia? ie: Colombia the country in South America not some city in the USA.
