| In Medelin u can go to "parque lieras", outstanding place to have some beers and look around for the stunning girls... you'll find some hotels in that area: a Dann Carlton, or the park 10 (both *****) |

| In 1996 i would go to Medellin on business for one week a month. I fell in love with the place and the people and i do want to return one day very soon. The music and food and the people are wonderful and will always be in my heart. So if anyone gets the chance to go to Medellin then you must do so and not think twice about it. By the way, if anyone can help me, i am trying to contact the person that would look after me on each of my trips and not sure where to start. Are there any local message boards where i could post a "do you know" message (in spanish i suppose!)or local paper where i could post an advert? best regards to everyone paul |

| Medellin in Colombia, hmm sounds and looks interesting. what is it like to live there? Where can you find the population of a large concentration of expats and fellow americans? i want to try my luck with that country. I've been skipping and hopping from country to country in search of a perfect place where I can spend my life and career as a photographer. Thanks for the response in advance. |

sorry to say guys but if you just hang out in Poblado the whole time...you hardly know true Medellin. It is a wonderful city but...its also very tragic. If you have never been to Santo Domingo or Prado or Buenas Aire heck even like Downtown you don't know Medellin in the least.elfo |
