Interesting revelation about plastic surgery fluorishing in South America. Why is that the case? Plastic surgery obviously has side effects and it would not really matter whether the whole procedure is cheap or expensive. The truth is that plastic surgery can go wrong. Try not to choose your doctor solely based on the price of your surgery. Research each cosmetic surgeon carefully and make sure you see examples of their previous work.

I think that it is ok for those people who are suffering form deformities to undergo some procedures such as plastic surgeries. But for those who would just want to look good and feel good about themselves, beware.

I am not tending to scare those body conscious people who would prefer their belly pierced and suctioned, just think of what might happen next. The procedures are so invasive, you will just likely make your body go into a much worst pace.

Well i think i ave to agree with your post Kira. I would definitely hate the thought of syringes and much worse those lypo suctioning machines. They are too much horrible to think about.

But for hose who would want immediate result on their loose, saggy and big belly, then you can try some non invasive weight lost therapies. there are several methods nowadays, you just have to consult and inquire about them.

I would first suggest a change in lifestyle before spending tons f money through artificial means. Sometimes just diet, exercise and working out can naturally lose those unwanted fats and weights. Undergoing through the knife should be the last option that one should consider.

The only satisfaction that these people will have is after they achieved an instant make over through an operation. You probably have nothing wrong with your figure or face that is why you are able to say that, but to people who patronize such medical miracles, it is an immediate answer or fix to their misery. Have you thought that these people have already tried working out but failing to pull it off?

Celia you have a point and Micah Ella also have. People have choices, so if they choose to do some exercise and diet modifications to get those saggy belly out of their body then it is much better, but if those people are failing to get or had failed to loose pounds in simple lifestyle change as Micah Ella implies then there is nothing wrong if they go for those surgeries, those people just have to make sure they are dealing with professionals.

We have lots of natural ways to reduce and loose weight. We just have to pick one that suits us. There are methods applicable on each individual, but the only problem is that they are or that eager to do so or they are not that motivated that is why they fail with the diet and lifestyle modification programs available.

Sometimes, or most of the times, eagerness and focus to do things are the primary thing to learn before doing anything else.

Yes, it is true, the very first thing to do to get rid of those extra pounds is to get your mind on changing everything, from what you eat, what you do, what you drink and so much more...

Motivate your self on doing something. And if you want to get leaner then try to look of the benefits you will get from dieting and exercising. Do this for health purposes.

There's no harm in trying to be beautiful but I think people should first try the most natural ways to do these, change of habits, or major change of lifestyle and if your really not happy with the results of your efforts says for example losing weight still doesn't give you the body that you want then that's just the time to consult a good aesthetic specialist and see what option you have in front of you.

I believe there is is a professional protocol or ethics regarding doctors disclosing their fees to their patients. It is nothing that can be announced publicly, only personally.

If professional fee can't be announced publicly then how can these clinics attract customers that is after not only for the quality of service but the affordability also.

I don't think it's a crime for a doctor or any other professional to disclose their service fee in the general public. Although in the cosmetic - plastic surgery, I believe that there is no exact or uniform amount for all the patients.

There are lots of countries nowadays that offers medical tourism. Because of its huge popularity and also because of the growing competition, different countries are offering some incentives and package deals to attract more and more tourists to their countries.

I suggest that you study the offers first before you say yes. With the vast number of choices, choose the best and the ones that offers reasonable prices. Good luck.

Those surgeries to modify how you look physically would benefit lots of people. If you wish to have some part of your body be operated then go ahead, just make sure that you are in the good hands, meaning, make sure that the one who will operates you knows what he is doing, and he is not just after your money.

I think people should be contented on what they have or particularly how they look. It is how people see themselves that matters.

But for those who wants to undergo procedures like those, they have all the rights to do so. They just have to make sure that they are dealing the right persons. It is your life that they are handling so be very careful.

I have to agree on that Fiona, but some people finds it hard to gain self esteem thinking of themselves being ugly. Most of the time people thinks that the physical is what it takes to be beautiful, but it is not the case. You have to be confident with how you look, and be proud of what God designed you to be. Just be thankful and everything would be fine.
