Medellin has been a very busy city lately in terms of vacationers coming here and also for buying properties to make it their home.

Medellin is a very modern city with so much to offer that it is amazing.

I have furnished vacation rentals available for short and long term. While they are mostly in poblado, I also have them available in Laureles as well.

In addition, I rent rooms out in my own penthouse apartment for 50 dollars per night which includes your daily breakfast and maid service.

Most of the guys who have rented my rooms actually prefer to buy and or rent in this section of the city once they have visited because of everything being within walking distance.
