I have a room for rent in in a new apartment complex located right on the border of Poblado(Medellin) and Envigado. Strata 5
Full access to the entire aptment. 50/50 .Only rules are no partys and be clean.
Its available on May 1st.
It is a good size room.Full closet. You have your own private bath with hot water.
High Band internet, Cable and Telephone, nice Kitchen ect.
The apartment is less than a year old and is very clean. In a very quiet neighborhood.
Its a great location because its right in between Aveneda Las Vegas and Aveneda Poblabo ( about a 2 minute walk to either). Supermarkets, Gym, Banks all within a 5 minute walk.
Very close to EAFIT University
Rent is reasonable for this area, 425, 000 pesos per month plus half of the utilities which usually comes to 125, 000 each.
