I have been to Cartagena twice and wondering why I have never seen any cats. Lots of dogs but no cats. Do they eat them??? Please let me know. Bud

I don't think they eat them.. I think people prefer dogs over cats there.
If you want to see some cats.. check out the port area of Punta del Este, Uruguay early in the morning... I saw a whole slew of them waiting for some treats from one of the fish vendors.
