|  I don't think they eat them.. I think people prefer dogs over cats there.If you want to see some cats.. check out the port area of Punta del Este, Uruguay early in the morning... I saw a whole slew of them waiting for some treats from one of the fish vendors. |
| That's a funny way to put that emett. Though there are those few people who indeed eat cats but I don't think a whole country eats one. The cat owners in Cartagena, probably are in the confinement of their own living room. You already said it, you've just been in Cartagena twice, so it doesn't really say much about the people and their preference of whatever. Try staying a bit more, let's say about a year. |
