'city town' Bucaramanga

Bucaramanga is a great city that smells like a town, since it is small, friendly, developped and between the mountains. It has the perfect weather and the perfect people. It is a hyde wonder from the world.

If only it is not stock in that violence-drench country called Colombia then i would really consider visiting it but as long as it is associated with Colombia then expect that on my travel ban list. I have a friend whom travel to Colombia and never came back so I promised myself that I would never ever set foot on that accursed (with pointless violence and dictatorship) country. If you ever value your life and the people around you then you would heed my call.

How is a Country with a popularly elected President and other officials a dictatorship?
